We took a suite for 4. Upon arrival, there was only the room available. After several requests over the phone and at the front desk, we only had one extra pair of sheets. We still applied for the last bed but to no avail at the time of writing. What a desappointment ! It's a nice hotel, well placed but the service is not up to par with a rude receptionist.
