I bought some Phoenix area properties in 2002, and when BSPM took over the management of them I didn't quite know what to expect. But I got an end to having to guess at what was happening with my properties! AJ has been on top of things the whole time, keeping me informed and offering wise counsel as situations develop. He is reachable and reliable, which to me are qualities to be treasured.
