So I thought I was having an exception situation but when I read all of these negative one star reviews, I'm 100% sure now that their customer service is very poor and needs to be addressed properly. They hanged up the phone twice on me, they have spoken to my wife very rude and acting like a police officer. Tell her in a loud tone we don't want to talk to your husband ever again , is that clear!! Is that clear!!! in a very aggressive way. They have no ethical manners whatsoever. They don't know how be presentable and polite to their clients. This is NOT really a place where you can do business with and they show you appreciation at all . I felt because we were given their money became their slaves or something. This is a project loan by homedepot and I dont understand how homedepot could do business with such crocks. Homedepot on the other hand extremely values their customers.
