Kinda liked the experience but went in for routine...

Kinda liked the experience but went in for routine maintenance. They recommended front brakes and gave me an estimate of $282 total. Bill was actually $431. How can you be that wrong? First time customer. Will have to evaluate future trips. Honesty matters.
