My wife and I had dinner at Cibolo Moon and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and our waiter Giovanni was great. Giovanni was great from start to finish. He recommended great drinks and food and was very personable throughout the evening. He was on top of making sure we had everything we needed all the time without seeming overbearing. We go every year for our anniversary and this may have been the best service we have received.
