I leased a car through Uber Xchange leasing. First off, 2 pieces of the interior were broken but shoved in to look like they were fine when I got it, but fell off shortly after my test drive and lease signing. Second, Tom Bean (I THINK that was his name) assured me that all the cars were certified pre-owned. Upon taking it back to have work done I was informed that my car was NOT certified pre-owned and I was, in fact, lied to in an effort to close the sale. I've taken my car there for oil changes and each time it has taken over 2 hours. Very negative experience overall.
