Impossible to get through to schedule service. The website doesn t work!!! Had to pay an additional $75 to get service 3 days after my call. Otherwise I would ve had to wait a week without air conditioning, in Florida, in July!!!

Update:
As all reviews said, the technician never showed up. When speaking to the supervisor, Mikela, she said they were running behind because they had a meeting in the office. I got a call from her at 1:40 pm, and the service appointment was between 8 am and 1 pm. I took half a day off from work, unpaid, for the appointment!!! Then Mikela, very kindly, hung up the phone on me because I was very upset about this situation. I have guests in my house this weekend.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE COMPANY, DON T EVER USE SERVICE AMERICA.

They are a joke!
