Very nice department store with a large selection, but unfortunately the staff is often unfriendly and not always up to date: wanted a new "lid" for a Furla bag to put together, because the seller unfortunately did not know what it was (at this time Breuninger didn't have this system yet), did she really ask me if I had an original bag over there ?? !! a few months later Breuninger expanded its Furla range and now you can buy the various "lids" ...
the same with the Louboutin shoes: just because Breuninger only has them with 10 cm and 12 cm does not mean that they are not available in other heels!
If you are already a department store with upscale brands, you should still have employees who are interested in fashion, even beyond the Breuninger range, and if you do not know something, please do not defame the customer, but simply do more research (just heard to the job, I have to do in mine too)
