Restaurant that offers meat (as the name suggests), pizza, sandwiches and various first courses with references to the Tuscan tradition (the first sales point is located right in Florence, where they stock up on top quality meat). The lady as well as the owner is very kind and always welcomes you with great happiness! I went there 3 times and the meat was always excellent. The second time I was a little disappointed with the portion of the fillet which, although of first choice and with an excellent taste, had a lot of fat and little meat, the absence of the tartare and the slowness of the service. Yesterday 13/12/2019 we are back for the third time and I ordered a starter based on tartare, carpaccio and bresaola (all fresh and very good) and a cheeseburger with pancetta: well leavened bread, crunchy on the surface and soft to the internal, raw meat, excellent both in cooking and almost smoky and very full-bodied, cheddar in the medium and unique note, a sore, non-grilled bacon and therefore slightly gummy, despite its freshness and goodness. I was able to taste all the flavors of the elements in the sandwich precisely because the meat is not covered with a thousand sauces or seasonings (not even salt). Further merit notes are the EXCELLENT oil used in the appetizer, the fresh bread put in the basket and the kindness in offering bruschetta as an appetizer. French fries that are a side dish to sandwiches but in the end the star of the dish was the hamburger! I'd go back for a meat dinner, maybe with the white focaccia that had conquered me from the first dinner and the inevitable tartare!
