I have been a client of this surgery for quite a few years now after moving from one in Grays Town Centre.

Personally I find the staff are brilliant, I have always been able to call same day for emergency appointments for the children (not ever been needed for the adults) and on the odd occasion that there were no appointments we have been able to have a telephone call with a GP and get a prescription agreed over the phone and sent to the surgery.

All of staff from support staff to Doctors have always really been polite and courteous. Very pleased with this surgery.
