Unfortunately, I was involved in a multi-car accident on May 30, 2021. Fortunately, there were no injuries. However, because there were no injuries, the response time for a police unit to arrive was over an hour. I feel this is unacceptable and I am still trying to wrap my head around why it takes longer for the police to arrive on a scene of an accident than it does for a Door Dash driver to deliver food...? My wife and I pay over $6,000/yr. in property taxes; yet having to wait an inexcusable amount of time to settle an accident is egregious and incomprehensible. Williamson County needs to do better!
