I contacted this company through their website (email), requesting someone contact me re a property we have for sale. After no response a few days later, I called their office and was directed to a voicemail (someone named "Pete"). It said I would receive a return call. I left a detailed message. This is almost two weeks later and I still have never heard from anyone there. If they are this bad BEFORE they get the listing, imagine how bad they will be once they have your commitment in writing and you can't leave.
