Just purchased Nissan Rogue

Just purchased Nissan Rogue
It has really bad suspension noise front and rear
(It was not mentioned in the report)
When I email for arbitration took them 4 days to get back to me and they said they don t cover suspension

Before that bought a 2009 VW TIGUAN
ALSO GREEN LIGHT
Has oil leak all over and it wasn t mentioned and the decline to cover it
