It started with a very unfriendly woman at check in. Room was ready when should have been. The very expensive room was average at best. The water view deck was obstructed by a pointed roof from below our deck. The deck furniture was kinda nasty along with the weeds growing through the deck. We ate dinner at sunset grill outdoors. We met a very unfriendly hostess. And then we had a very unfriendly waitress who took 35 min just to bring our drinks. We had our appetizer delivered and eaten before our first drink. Day 2 was a little better. Morning waiter was very good and the beach staff was very friendly. The outdoor grounds are nice and the beach is very relaxing with a beautiful view and the pool next to the beach is great. Overall, very over priced for the room and service.
