The service is horrible. I took my vehicle in to have the passenger mirror replaced. Was given a 2 day repair time. Well it ended up being like 3 weeks. I went to pick up my vehicle and checked to see that everything was working only to discover no power to the entire left side of my vehicle. This was very frustrating. I didn't understand if you are a repair shop why wouldn't you check to make sure the mirror is functioning properly. Why called and tell me to pick my vehicle up. So I took the car back. The guy that assisted with my claim could not believe it. So we walked back out to the vehicle and what do you know the mirror is still not folding in or the windows will not roll down. I had to then leave my vehicle again. Time pass I had to comeback to take the vehicle to another shop to have the car looked at regarding no power. It was told to me by the shop that Fox sent me to that a wire was not connect properly that it was left like this from when the vehicle was fist fixed. WOW are you kidding me once again how are you a repair shop and don't check this. The vehicle was then picked up by Fox so that it could be repaired and so that another mirror could be placed on the vehicle because the one that was originally placed on the vehicle was a bad used one. Another week or so I was told my vehicle was done. Again before I left the parking lot I tried the mirror and it folded in. Good everything seems to be working properly. Well not exactly. About a week or maybe two later I was driving the vehicle and a friend tried rolling down the window in the back on the passenger side and you wouldn't believe the window would not go down!!! Insult to injury I folded in the mirror and my friend walked pass and asked "Why is the mirror still pinkish white?" Huh is what I was thinking. I checked and yes the mirror was not painted when you fold it in. Unbelievable and once again how are you a repair shop and don't catch this. Well I immediately call and ask to speak with the manager no luck so I emailed one of the guys that I was dealing with before. A few emails and still no call from the manager. Now I am really frustrated because I had to then take the day off from work. I go in and lucky me the manager was in. I explained my issue and a few concerns I have. He came out and looked at the vehicle and was shocked to see that the mirror was not painted but gave a story of how they would have had to take it off and painted. Oh okay is that not their job?? I also inform him about the window and even showed him. We go back in the building and he look over somethings but tells me to leave the car and it should be about 2 days. Well y'all that was a week ago. I have been calling to get the issue resolved and still no response. Guess I will have to take the day off yet again to handle something that should have been done right in the first place. I would rather give no stars but in order to post I had to. Not a happy customer at all.
