Carlos answered my call on the second ring and took care of my issue promptly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to speak with--all in all, a model of good customer service!
(My cable company could definitely stand to take a few pointers from Carlos and the San Antonio Water System!)
