I have never spoken to someone so condescending than Tanya Jones in your accounting department. She is so unhelpful and so rude, she didn't let me explain my situation without her yelling at me and cutting me off in every sentence. I am the guest and I need help! PLEASE RETRAIN HER ASAP!!! How do you have someone like this answering your phones???? is this what Westin is about???? I am beyond disappointed and I will never stay here again......
