Jennifer was very unresponsive and unprofessional the whole duration we worked together. Our application was returned due to incomplete information and Jennifer told us she would look into it with her colleague but it has been about 9 weeks and still no update despite multiple follow up emails. So, we decided to call her manager and she said Jennifer marked the project as completed. Seriously?! This is unbelievable.
