Lay counselors, who actually deliver quite decent results (because they are highly motivated), but in some cases already have the ego of a Simon Kucher Senior on an individual level (or showed it 2 years ago). That doesn't fit together and looks rather ridiculous in retrospect, even if you let yourself be caught in the suction first. This review is written from the perspective of potential applicants, not customers. The latter are likely to notice less of this.
