Jay was so helpful when I arrived to bring my truck in for service. He was knowledgeable and genuinely showed concern for my vehicle. He made the process seamless and I'd be crazy to take my vehicle anywhere else! You aren't taught great customer service like that, where you feel like they are holding your hand every step of the way. And my Husband and I will be buying our next Fords from them if they have Jay on their team. Thank you Jay!!
