Unfortunately at this beautiful hotel the service to accommodate customers if there is something is not present. In our case unfortunately have to cancel due to illness. Called early in the morning, to cancel a room, next day we were told that they would not do anything else. Unfortunately, night away money away. Rightly or wrongly I do not find it neat .. too bad. (and we really don't ask for our money back)
