The service is not that good...They don t notify y...

The service is not that good...They don t notify you of updates, although they are once a week and are usually behind the scenes, every now and then the are process related. They don t allow a user to have any admin rights so getting something updated, fixed from their updates or updated to the screen view in general takes jumping through hoops. They also lack in taking on the responsibility to follow through.
