Small and excellent discovery, intimate restaurant with daily menu of meat or fish, a careful and cordial host, sommelier, who provides explanations of the dishes in a comprehensive and colorful way. Particularly noteworthy is the oil menu. Very wide selection of wines and to report the slow food factor with the chickpea and onion bonito. Very good and atypical selection of cheeses and salami (venison salami, goat moccetta, venison ham, duck breast, cheese curdled with pears, parmesan aged 72 months, etc.). Dogs are welcome ...
