Have ordered a new book in advance online to have it on time for the release date. In the well-known large (online) bookstores this is common and never a problem. Different here. The release date is over a week now, and I still have not got the book. When calling the store, I got only very sneaky and false information: The book had not yet appeared. I would not have specified a delivery address. And then, after much back and forth, look: "Tomorrow, the book goes out to you - to the delivery address specified here."
