Washing machine has been broken down for 2 1/2 mon...

Washing machine has been broken down for 2 1/2 months now. Parts ordered, arrived damaged. Emergency ordered a month ago and still no parts. At least the ones that were damaged are still sitting on a pallet in my driveway. Way to go Sears. Definitely not the Sears I grew up with.
