I very much enjoyed the delicious food (with vegan options!) and top-notch games. My friends and I overall had a blast. That being said, experiences for me are based on the interactions I have and the staff was not pleasant. I frequent attractions with much louder and larger crowds and we are still respected as adults. The staff instead regarded us as children, speaking to us very rudely and telling us we should not participate if we didn t understand something the first time, which isn t very inviting for first timers. The appropriate response should be that we are allowed to ask questions, and no question is too silly. Additionally, I was pointed out as being in last place by the staff in every game. I can normally laugh at myself, but it wasn t presented as a joke; I was used as a comparison for others not to feel bad about their score. In other local establishments, guests are treated inclusively and if they aren t successful, handled positively/jokingly (even adults need encouragement). I came here to have a good time, but instead left feeling like I wasn t skilled enough to return.
