I m embarrassed that you re a Canadian company!
The hardships you ve created and continue to create for me and my family are sinful. You re failure to reimburse me for your negligence for the last 3 months is sinful. Countless unreturned emails and messages proves how unprofessional you are. It s sad to see that you would rather have countless commercials on tv and radio - even YTV LOL- instead of reimbursing the hundreds of unfortunate families that used your service speaks to your credibility and accountability.
Shame on the supervisor of baggage claims - you continue to create a hardship for my family especially during the Christmas season.
BEWARE ALL WHO DECIDE TO USE AIR TRANSAT!!! Just read posts from customers who have had the unfortunate Air Transat experience on all social media outlets.
