I just renewed for year number two at The Alric. Love my apartment. Very unique layout. There was lots to choose from in the beginning, but I was one of the first ones in. The other units I had visited or been in are really pretty unique. Lots of "green touches" throughout, which I think is great. Really good amenities throughout the property. The complex hosts events throughout the year, which is great for those looking for something to do. Also, great way to connect with neighbors. For the most part, an extremely friendly community. I have an inside courtyard unit, which I really enjoy. A little loud in the summer, but to be expected. Excellent cookout facilities also. The apartments are constructed of wood, so noise can sometimes carry. But it has not been an issue for me. I also like the mid-rise living. All the amenities of a high rise, but not as many people. Only drawback is not a lot of amenities in the area like sandwich shops, small stores, etc. But they will come. A beautiful new Giant did just open within walking distance. The complex staff is great to work with. Many remember my name from the beginning. Original Manager, Lori, was awesome. I highly recommend this place.
