For me it is one of the reference stores in London. Carrying anything bought here is making a good gift, with class and results. They are specialists in teas (they are the official suppliers of the British royal house), cookies, jams ... and they have a wide range of them.
They also have other sections such as perfumery, men, gifts ... and they have 1 restaurant and a tea room. Their snacks are typical here, although the price is somewhat prohibitive (+ 40 / person)
