**Edited Review June 2020, adding back stars for good customer service, related to the issue below. My inverter had failed and needed to be replaced and after a lot of confusion about who was, I guess responsible for handling the warranty Kevin at Elan helped me get my inverter replaced by a different solar installation company. My system is now back up and running properly, thank you Kevin.

**Edit for March 2020 from 5 star to 2 for lack of customer support. I've been calling these guys for about a month trying to get someone to tell me why panels are not producing. No one answers the phone and no one calls back despite multiple messages.

We worked with Kevin in the fall of 2017, he was just canvasing our neighborhood and we had been interested in solar but didn't think we could fit it in with everything else we had going on. He was great to work with and helped us design a system that worked great for us, works 100% as advertised and haven't had to pay RMP more than the minimum for several months now.
