I tried to make a purchase based on an email you sent me. I couldn't get the discount on your website. When I reached out to customer service about my issue, they were no help, even implied I was making up the discount I was trying to get. I took a screenshot of the email to prove that is what I got from the company and was simply told "Thanks for the clarification", but no attempt to honor their sale. I want nothing to do with a business that operates in this manner.
