We had such a pleasurable experience working with Laura Smith and Metropolitan Property Group! I was very nervous to start the dreaded NYC apartment hunt for our second time. But as soon as we met Laura, she made us feel excited and hopeful that we would find an apartment we love. Laura worked so hard to find apartments that would meet our picky criteria - she even went and looked at apartments without us to make sure everything we actually viewed was worth our time! She was able to find us the perfect apartment UNDER budget, and we are so excited to call it home. What I thought would be dreadful turned out to be so fun - all because of how enjoyable Laura made it for us.
