I made an order of Karl lagerfeld accessories, taking a day on purpose to go to Milan (300km). The representative responsible for the sales campaign told me that there was a store in the neighboring country, but that there were no problems because two different locations. Today I telephone the delivery of the goods and I find out that the order has been canceled. The representative stated that the company did not accept the order because the two stores are close and they sent me a letter. I never received this letter and in any case I think it was the minimum union, since we had been guaranteed the supply despite the other point of sale, make a phone call to make sure that the communication had arrived at its destination. Today I find myself organizing an event presenting the line that I will not receive. Professionalism for me is another thing and with the competition that is there and the many possibilities that you have, I believe that with a simple warning call would have solved everything. It's okay to protect historical customers, but I think we need respect for new customers even if they do not receive the commission on an order. I have been a historical customer of zappieri on other lines, unfortunately I know that the management of the showroom has changed a lot and I suggest you go elsewhere.
