It is the worst storage house ever. i don't even want to give them a point at all. They are literally inconsiderate to customers on the phones. They do not respond to online chat or any queries. I made an appointment for collection of my boxes three weeks ago tho, they didn't deliver my boxes on time without any apologising call or message in advance.
only after my contact to customer service, i could hear it will be delivered on 20th of oct due to their busy schedules. i don't understand why my order has to be moved back 2 weeks later even though i booked that earlier. at least, they should've mentioned it to me through email or phone call. it was so irritated me and I'm NEVER going to use here anymore.
