Bought a charger and it is junk. Overcharges batt...

Bought a charger and it is junk. Overcharges battery and brings up volts to over 16amp. Will kill a battery. They know about the problem and will not do anything about it. There customer service department is a joke. Now after 5 months still nothing done and so rude.
