This is the worst management company in all of New York City. They do little work for a ton of pay and no customer service value. Almost every single person I spoke to at the company is incompetent and unhelpful. It doesn't matter if it's a small or large issue, there is no one at JKNY that can help or wants to.

Do not use JKNY if you are looking to rent in NYC.
