Order number: YA16935239, during the order there was a problem with the name of the recipient, I immediately tried to contact customer support (email and calls) to communicate the occurrence and remedy before shipping, however, I was not answered at the e-mails and no phone calls (I also left the number, since I am trying to contact customer support for 2 days).
