A very positive experience thanks to Robert Baransky. We are senior poster people for Prius in general and for Hendrick of Wilmington, NC specifically. Robert s friendly, but not pushy manner, his sincere interest in people as an individual, his active listening skills, and his positive and pleasant attitude made our comfort zone as senior citizens much more pleasant. He treated us as he would his own parents. He went the extra mile to walk us through the difficult process of purchasing a new car, and then walked us through the how to technology of new car owners. He even did a fantastic follow through of calling us later to answer any questions and concerns. He made us feel very confident that we could ask him any questions and also not be intimidated to call him later with questions.
Bobby, the sales associate, was extremely patient explaining our financial options and guiding us in the best suited choice for us. On the lighter side, he even gave us restaurant tips for later in Wilmington. A wonderful personal touch.
Eric Coble, Financial Manager, is one of the reasons we came back to Hendrick of Wilmington as we had such a positive experience when we bought our first 2010 Toyota Prius from him. He appeared to remember some of our family details. He, too, treated us in a very calm and caring manner as he patiently explained our options and was very tolerant, an in no way pushy, condescending, or intimidating of our options and choices.
Because of such an outstanding car and dealership, we will always return, never consider any other car or dealership, and will highly recommend The Prius and Hendrick Toyota. An excellent experience.
