We have used Discount Label for years. We have had small issues in the past, but a few years ago one of the Sales Reps, Ryan Nottingham came and visited us. Since then everything has been great. He is attentive and pro-active to our needs. I have never had any issues when I need something and reach out to him. Because of him, we switched all of our label needs from another company to Discount Label. In my opinion, that man needs a raise!
