We were in Midas Tent for a company event. The smell of cigarette was suffocating from sort of tunnel onwards. Same with their wash rooms. The staffs are accommodating and attentive, but the downside, when the time to pack the left over foods which were many (because some guests didn't show up) the staffs were packing for their own take home foods earlier than the event organizers' instructions. In fact, we noticed that one lady staff, after packing food said to another staff "oh, eto para sa kanya" and took another food container with fish fillet that was supposedly for our VP but when confronted, she denied it at once. An employee reported it to another staff and managed to return with food container with same viand saying "sorry we were not able to find your pack food but this is the replacement." Where did she get the food replacement anyway? Another lady staff came with box of foil and Midas paper bag and was dismayed when she found out that there were no bread left in the buffet table saying, "ano ba yan wala nang tinapay". Well, it was not good in general although the location can still be considered as events place as long as you have a strict events coordinator who will closely monitor the hotel staff.
