A customer of 40+ years. I was recently disconnected without notice in the mail. Co-op states they sent notice but I never received it. I thought I had paid the bill, but apparently the VISA payment did not go through. I called Co-op and was not treated very well by one CS. I asked for a supervisor who called me. Her name was Pam and she was a superb CS. I explained my side and left it with, if there is anything that you can do, please do so. And she did modify things such that I am pleased with the resolution. Thank you Pam!
