I stayed here for 2 nights in September, and had an awful stay. I booked a non-smoking room, and they gave us a smoking room. I called the front desk right away because of the repulsive smell. They told me that I was placed on a non-smoking floor. I thought that was funny as there was an ash tray in my room. Like what??????? How can it be a non-smoking floor if there is an ash tray in the room? They immediately apologized and said they would send someone to get us relocated to another room. We waited 45 minutes and called numerous times, and still no one had come by. We were very frustrated and decided to go downstairs ourselves as we were getting very sick of the smoke odor.

When we got transferred to another room, after taking a shower, there was leak and the water had gotten into the bedroom from the bathroom. So we had to call down again and took them another 30-45 minutes to get us into another room. It was really frustrating to be placed in 3 different rooms during our short 2-night stay.

The breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant were good though.

Bottom line is that the service is not on Four Season standard. The staff are simply incompetent. It is the WORST Four Seasons I've ever stay at.

Next time I will try the Ritz Carlton. It is better located and will probably give me a better experience than this place did.
