I have just been 3 days in this structure and knowing the chain because I also work there, I must say that overall the furniture especially of the rooms and the lobby is not in my opinion 5 stars, while for the rest the staff who work there and 'all fantastico.ho found availability, kindness and professionalism especially with Cristian concierge, Giuseppe f / b manager, Vincenzo's lobby bar and its staff and Natasha, Ana and staff of the heart really fantastici.Grazie bkf by Salvatore, and Carla little Manuel
