We ordered parts back in December and were quoted a 3-4 week lead time. It is now April and I have called and emailed multiple times and no one will get back to me about when they will have these parts done. I get that COVID is a thing and I understand that everything has longer than normal lead times right now but when a company can't even take the time to get back with you and get you an update on your 3 month overdue part - well I have an issue with that. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone will see it and FINALLY get me an update on my order.

Would I recommend them? No. Communication is everything right now with how backed up orders are and Acrison is severely lacking in this department. I will be doing everything I can to get these parts for our company somewhere else going forward.
