Avoid Joshua Newville at all costs. He offered 30% to work on a retaliation case and after a mediation wherein he failed to get an offer asked for 38%. He failed to help my case in any way. When I asked about the 30% we agreed to he denied ever offering anything in that ball park. Next he drops my case like a hot potato without giving any reason. Shady business with shady lawyers.
