The shower door that I received had a problem with the hinge assembly. The service that I received was terrible!! Nobody would even answer the phone at two of their three regional offices even after numerous calls to get in touch with them. The only person that would even answer the phone at their third office didn't even deal with customer service. That person indicated that management has required that all customer service personnel go to lunch at the same time instead of staggering them so they can help customers like they used to. I finally got someone's direct line and he called me back.
