Not helpfull at all...... I was trying to get a transit visa for my wife to fly through Japan. The Boston consulate kept referring me to Hong Kong consulate, and HK kept referring me back to Boston. Just a bunch of lazy bureaucrats. Rude and no help whatsover. Only good at passing the buck to someone else!! Highly disappointed....
