I was shopping for a suv for a year. I found a suv online with the write price.
Went to the dealership that suv was no longer there. I only wanted that suv
so the Zach the salesman went on line would the suv, had the suv there the
next day and I drive it home one day later. That is beyond customer service.
Zack was pleasant,calm,cool and just a good salesman. Others salesman
and dealers need to take a lesson in real customer service!

After purchasing this car a year later I was was hit with a $4100 car bill
due to the previous owner didn't take of the slug issue in the car which
caused extensive damage. I contacted the dealer and was told that
there was nothing they can do. I didn't get a warranty so I am out of
luck. So you received 24k from me a the best you can do is nothing.
Great customer service!
Two months after getting this problem fixed. The engine seized on me
on my way to a wedding as I was stuck on a bridge for 2 hours. NEVER GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALER ! BEWARE WHEN THEY SAY ,WE CAN GET ONE FROM THE AUCTION. This was a 2011 ML350 DIESAL MERCEDES BENZ with 46,000 miles. Now I am stuck with a 28k balance
for a car that doesn't run.
