I purchased a cake from the new David jones food hall and unfortunately the cake wasn't very nice, it was dry and not very flavorsome. I contacted the store and the immediately called me back and the general store managed (Rashid-spelling) was so polite and apologetic. He offered to give me a replacement product of my choice, and the replacement product was fantastic. Great customer service from everyone involved.
