This is the first time drop by to meet someone. The gentlemen open the door greet me with a big smile and I am delighted as he has made my day.

But when I entered the lobby area rest room, my god, this is the worse high class hotel I ever experience. The bathroom door cannot close properly and the fix its a makeshift fix which I have no word to describe.

If you cant maintain the toilet properly, I wonder how you maintain the hotel.
